Perfect Paella with seafood and crispy bottom 🤣❤️❤️
I live in asia but miss somethings from Europe that if we pay for in a restaurant are crazy expensive and SOOOO easy to make at home.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 people easy to x2 or x3 servings
Cooking time :
1 hour
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
You need 2 pans one small pan to boil the stock and one bigger one for the rest. Make sure big enough to hold everything
* Step 2
Put the stock into the small pan and simmer.
* Step 3
In a large pan add the oil thyme and onion and cook on medium heat for about 4 mins to soften then add the garlic.
* Step 4
Remove the thyme stems and discard then add the tomatoes and the rice and stir for about 1 min to coat
* Step 5
Add the hot chicken stock carefully using a ladle (I quickly blanch the asparagus in the stock after chopping into 3cm strips for 1 min then remove - hold until and)
* Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper. Then cook on medium for 15 mins until most of liquid has gone.
* Step 7
Add all the precooked seafood and asparagus- cover and leave for 5 min on medium/high heat- do not stir !!!
* Step 8
Squeeze over the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional)
* Step 9
Serve on the table and dig in - ENJOY 👅👅
