Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Soak cashews for at least 30 minutes in warm water. Meanwhile cook pasta according to instructions. Save 400 ml of pasta water.
* Step 2
Then rinse cashews and transfer them into a blender. Add pasta water and nutritional yeast flakes. Blend it until smooth.
* Step 3
Heat some oil on small heat and add chopped onion and garlic. After 2-3 minutes add chopped sundried tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add cashew cream. Add salt and pepper and cook on low heat to reduce. Be cautious because the sauce will thicken fast.
* Step 4
Mix the sauce with cooked fettuccine and serve. Enjoy your meal 😋
