Healthy Quick Very Berry Smoothie

Simple and refreshing but still sweet and filling this smoothie is great for pre or post workouts or just as a cooling summer beverage. (The other food you see in the smoothie is my homemade granola. I love the extra fiber and crunch it adds)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Liquids first, pour in almond milk and yogurt into blender followed by the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth. If too thick, simply add more milk and blend.

* Step 2

Serve immediately or store in air tight container in fridge/freezer. Stays fresh about 3 days.
