Oven 170C. In a bawl beat egg whites with cream of tartar, salt in medium speed, add vanilla almond add the rest of ingredients and slowly add the sugar. Sift flour over the egg whites gently fold the flour. Gently spoon the mixture in a 10" pan and with a knife do circles so doesn't have air in the mixture, level the top and bake 35-40'
