Summer Salad

I have made this many times and its great on a hot day with a bbq, you can pick and mix ingredients as they are available through the year.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all ingredients to similar size and mix in large bowl, add mayo and salad cream and mix well. Cover and fridge for 2 hours minimum, this will allow pasta to absorb excess liquids. Remove from fridge 30 mins before serving and add more mayo as needed, you can also add fresh basil or mint etc to your taste. serve with bbq or gammon / cheese / crusty bread etc.
