Place almond milk, eggs, banana, extract, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and oats in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
* Step 2
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
* Step 3
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbles form around the edges of the pancakes.
* Step 4
Flip with spatula; cook for an additional 90 seconds.
* Step 5
Continue with remaining batter.
* Step 6
Serve with fresh berries.
