Ethiopian 'Spris' layered smoothie with fresh fruits πŸ₯­πŸ₯›πŸ₯‘

This layered Ethiopian 'spris' is fresh fruits pureed smoothie drink that's absolutely delicious made with fresh papaya, avocado, mango and one of the most refreshing drink. Course: drink, Diet : gluten free, vegetarian, nutrients valve: antioxidants, vitamin A, B, B6,C,E and K, are in this fruits minerals: Potassium, magnesium and Milk : calcium, zinc, iodine, vitamin B12 in milk. All of which may help boost immunity.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash all fruits well, pat dry with kitchen towel, cut the fruits into cubes and keep aside.

* Step 2

In a blender first add papaya cubes, chilled milk πŸ₯› and sugar / honey 🍯 and blend well until smooth remove and keep aside.

* Step 3

Wash your blender and add avocado cubesπŸ₯‘, chilled milk πŸ₯›, sugar / honey 🍯 and blend well until smooth and keep aside.

* Step 4

Wash again your blender and add mangoes πŸ₯­ cubes, chilled milk πŸ₯›, sugar / honey 🍯 and blend well until smooth and keep aside.

* Step 5

All three juices should be smooth and creamy. To layer start by spooning the papaya mixture into a glass, next spoon the avocado πŸ₯‘ mixture and finally spoon the mango mixture πŸ₯­ on top.

* Step 6

Garnish with lime zest and mint leaves 🌱 if desired. Enjoy.

* Step 7

Note: when adding fruit mixture, you do not want to simply pour the mixtures on top on top of each other as they can sometimes sink into each other. I kindly recommend that you should use the method given above for best results.
