This tikkis are serve as tea time snack, good for kids, as well for adults. Enjoy your evening with this hot and spicy tikkis.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & clean potatoes πŸ₯”, carrotsπŸ₯•, cauliflower florets, french beans, cabbage leaves, keep aside to dry all the vegetables.

* Step 2

Grate potatoes πŸ₯”, carrotsπŸ₯•, cauliflower florets, add in bowl, add cabbage shredded,red cabbage shredded, chopped french beans, finally chopped dill, finely chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, salt πŸ§‚, cumin seeds, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, mixed herbs, sandwich masala, Chaat masala and Chinese salt mix well, for binding add 4-5 tbsp flour and mix well.

* Step 3

Heat oil, finally add puffed rice and mix well, make lemon size balls and flatten little and shallow fry them, until golden brown and serve hot.

* Step 4

Serve with yogurt mint chutney, tomato sauce πŸ…, simple onion ring salad.
