'Pampushky' is a delicious Ukrainian garlic bread made up of soft, fluffy yeasted buns and brush with a delicious garlic and herb sauce on top, it's a wonderful bread to serve with hot soups and stews. Enjoy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large bowl πŸ₯£, combine the lukewarm milk, sugar and active dry yeast together, cover the bowl with kitchen towel and keep for 10 mins.

* Step 2

In a bowl πŸ₯£ add flour, salt, oil and with your hands, add yeast mixture little at time and knead, use all the yeast mixture, knead the dough until elastic, cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for an HR.

* Step 3

Grease an over dish with oil and dive the dough into equal portions.roll each one into a ball and assemble them on baking dish with space in between, cover for 30 mins to rise.

Whisk the beaten egg with water together and brush the tops of the round buns with egg wash, bake for 30 mins or until golden brown, remove from the oven and keep aside.

* Step 5

In a small bowl πŸ₯£ add olive oil/ sunflower oil 🌻, crushed garlic πŸ§„, chopped parsley, chopped dill, a pinch of salt πŸ§‚, black pepper powder and mix well, brush the tops of the fresh bread with it and enjoy.
