Beetroot Chutney

Tangy raw beetroot chutney is fresh and easy way to incorporate raw beetroot in your diet. Beetroot is low in calories and rich in fiber, vitamin C and minerals. It is also a good source of plant derived antioxidants. This chutney is a good source of vitamin C. It can be served as a side dish with pranthas, chapatti and rice.

* Step 1

To begin making tangy raw beetroot & tomato chutney recipe, get all the ingredients prepped and handy.

* Step 2

In a food processor, add coarsely chopped beetroots, coriander, tomatoes, chilies, till they form a coarse mix.

* Step 3

Add lemon juice, salt and blend again for 20 seconds or till the desired consistency with the help of little water. Take out in serving bowl. Add lemon juice to it as per taste

* Step 4

Serve tangy raw beetroot and tomato chutney recipe with main course.
