Bartow cheesesteak rollups

From my leftover chronicles and Only because I didn’t make them in philly. We had a left over steak and the rest is history. I’m going to write this the way I did it tonight but know that you can do this any way you want. Use chicken if you want or change the cheeses. We had ours with my 15 minute potato wedges. The recipe is in my recipes.

Ingredient

30 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Set heat on medium high. Lay steak in the skillet and let sear for a minute or so on one side then flip. Sprinkle the gruyere on the steak, put a lid on it and remove from heat.

* Step 2

Warm the tortillas. On each tortilla spread some sour cream. Lay half the steak down the middle and sprinkle with queso fresco and roll it up and slice it.

We had my 15 minute potato wedges with it and I used the same cheeses on the wedges.
