Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine dry ingredients, add zest and milk and knead till you have a firm dough, chapati doighlike firmness
* Step 2
Cover with tea towel and let rest for 15 to 30 minutes
* Step 3
Roll the dough an inch thickness, cut into small shapes of your liking.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a sufuria and fry a few at a time depending on the size of your sufuria.
* Step 5
Let cool and enjoy with some spicy chai! Yum!
