Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift flour into mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Add cubed butter and rub in with fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

* Step 3

Season with salt and pepper and add dried herbs. Stir in gently.

* Step 4

Add water 1 tbsp at a time and stir with a knife until mixture comes together into a light dough.

* Step 5

Quickly divide the mixture into ping pong sized balls.

* Step 6

Drop into favourite casserole, soup or mince and gravy and cook for 20 mins until risen and golden.
