Semolina cake plus cup cakes 🧁

Ingredient

2 cups

semolina

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all these ingredients into a fine paste like mixture. Use hand beater.

* Step 2

Bake at 380 degrees for 45 minutes or when it’s brown.

* Step 3

Hint : Insert the toothpick and see if it comes out clear then it’s ready.

* Step 4

Additional step ! Add moisture to the cake if not on a calorie deficit diet. Make a sugar syrup, boil 1 lemon squeezed and 1 cup sugar in 2 cups water. Bring it to a boil and see if it’s nicely thicken. It’s ready by now. Pour it on a cake when it’s baked.

* Step 5

I don’t add the sugar syrup, it still tastes good though.
