Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Now boil rice in salt and water when nicely cooked, drain and set aside.

* Step 2

Now marinate the chicken in chicken tikka masala 2 table spoons lemon and black pepper, plus 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder. half coriander powder. Mix well.

* Step 3

Now Fry the marinated chicken in oil until nice and brown on high heat. Now add tomatoes to it on high heat stirr fry it when tomatoes are soft and cooked.

* Step 4

Mix it well set a side.

* Step 5

Now fry onions slices on high heat stir fry it for 2 minutes. Stir fry green bell peppers slices on high heat. Set a side.

* Step 6

Now layer rice in a pot then layer chicken and the stir fried onions bell pepper, then layer up rice do it 2 or 3 time. Keep it on low heat for 10 minutes then mix well and serve. Taste delicious 🀀. Enjoy 😊.
