Hilopites from Pelion
Hilopites (traditional Greek egg pasta) with feta cheese.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and strain the hilopites.
* Step 2
Use a fork to crumble the cheese.
* Step 3
Place the hilopites and cheese in alternating layers in the pot.
* Step 4
In a small pot heat the oil until it smokes and pour it over the food.
* Step 5
Finish with freshly ground pepper.
