Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients together until you have a soft dough

Cover with cling film and leave for an hour

Divide the dough

Spread the dough as layers and put butter in between

* Step 5

Cover with cling film and leave for 2 hours in the fridge

* Step 6

Take it out and Shape the dough as croissants, add on top egg yolk an vanilla for golden colour, then leave for a while and put them in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 10-15 min
