Mini Pig Carrot Veggie Puffs

Ingredient

1/2 cup

milk

4 Tablespoons

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Shred the carrots and zucchini using a grater.   Combine the vegetables in a bowl or large measuring cup. Beat the eggs in a bowl.   Stir in the milk, grated Parmesan cheese. Add the flour and beat well to make a batter.  Add the vegetables to the batter mixture and mix well.

* Step 2

Drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

* Step 3

Pat dry on paper towel. Serve warm and enjoy.
