Butter Dip Biscuits

Butter Dip Biscuits

Quick and simple to make. Super yummy and buttery and not so healthy lol - def need to be a butter enthusiast ;-)

Ingredient

2 1/4 cup

flour

1 tbsp

sugar

3 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1 1/4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

* Step 2

Melt butter in a 13" x 9" baking dish (in oven)

* Step 3

In a medium bowl - add and mix all dry ingredients.

* Step 4

Add milk - Mix well.

* Step 5

Once butter is melted - drop 12 even sized biscuits on top of butter. I use two kitchen teaspoons ( for table use - not measuring use ) - scoop up a heaping spoonful of dough with one and scrape it in to the dish with the other.

* Step 6

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until very light golden brown. Remove from oven and let biscuits sit for a few minutes to absorb any remaining butter. Serve biscuit buttery side up. Enjoy : )
