Prawn Pil Pil (Gambas Pil Pil)
I had this recently in Spain and loved it. Very, very tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add a little salt to the prawns and leave in fridge for 30 mins.
* Step 2
Heat pan (NO OIL) over a high heat.
* Step 3
When pan is hot add oil first then butter. When it starts bubbling add garlic. Fry for 1 minute then add chilli.
* Step 4
Add prawns to pan and cook for 2 mins.
* Step 5
Add wine and cook for 2 mins.
* Step 6
Gently pour into dish and sprinkle with paprika.
* Step 7
Serve with bread to mop up juices and a glass of the leftover wine, enjoy.
