'chuck's day off chicken nuggets
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.

in food processor combine chicken, egg, chives, parmesean, soy sauce, garlic tobasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
* Step 4
blend until a smooth paste is formed.
* Step 5
make 2 itnch x 1 inch nuggets.
* Step 6
coat nuggets in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
* Step 7
deep dry them until golden brown.
