Chicken, Tomato & Spinach Pasta

Gluten and Dairy Free

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside

* Step 2

Place the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat Saute the chicken, tomato, garlic, rosemary and onion for 8 minutes

* Step 3

Stir in the dairy free cream Simmer for 5 minutes

* Step 4

Stir in the spinach Cook for a couple of minutes Season with salt and pepper

* Step 5

Stir through the cooked pasta and serve
