Smashed Avocado

Love love love this mix, will often make a big batch and keep in the fridge and use on toast most mornings instead of jam, peanut butter etv. This recipe works very well with my salmon and sweetcorn fritters for brunch, which is also in my recipes. Double up the ingrediants for making a batch for the week and keep the avo stone in the tupperware to prevent it from going brown.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mince your garlic and add to your avoacdo in a bowl, use a fork to smash it all together.

* Step 2

Add your chilli, salt and pepper and half a lime then taste, add more if it needs it. I will often add more chilli to serve but I like it spicy.

* Step 3

Spread on toast or add a bit of sour cream and use a dip with crisps.
