Pan-fried garlic butter tiger prawns กุ้งเนฒกระเทมฒฑ is a delicious weekend treat plus super quick and easy to make! I have a pack of frozen Thai tiger prawns in my freezer that need using so here it is. #dinnerideas #eattinginisneweattingout #tigerprawns

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

With a sharp knife, score down the back of the prawns. Remove the thin, digestive tract with the tip of the knife. Repeat with the rest of the prawns. Rinse the prawns under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Leach it aside.

* Step 2

Melt the butter, add the oil and pinch of salt in a large frying pan. When medium heat, add the garlic and prawns, and fry over on high heat, stirring, for 3 – 5 minutes until the prawns are pink.

* Step 3

Sprinkle some dry herb. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
