Hungarian Tart
A delicious,melt in the mouth tart that's perfect for tea treats.Simple to make even the kids can help bake it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar, add eggs, oil, vanilla and beat well.
* Step 2
Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix till a soft dough. If it's too sticky add little more flour.
* Step 3
Seperate the dough into 2 parts. Press one half into a greased tray, spread the jam evenly.Sprinkle the coconut all over.
* Step 4
Grate the rest of the dough over,covering the jam and bake at 180°c for 20/25mins or till golden.Allow to cool then dust with icing sugar and cut into squares. Enjoy!
