* Step 1
Wash well the water spinach.,cut it then soak with salt water for five mins.
* Step 2
Then wash again and boil until half done.Drain it.
* Step 3
Mix all the sauce ingredients then simmer it.Add the pepper too.
* Step 4
Then pour on top of water spinach and mix well.
* Step 5
Serve
