Vegetarian Savoury Samp
This one is for the vegetarians to keep warm this Winter

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big pot add the samp with enough water and let it boil for 1hr. Wash the sugarbeans and add to the samp. Let it cook till soft and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a separate pot, add the oil, onions, peppers and dry herbs, let the onions fry till soft. Add the grated tomatoes, salt and cook till tomatoes are done.
* Step 3
Add the tomato paste, samp and beans, stir and let it cook through on med heat for 15mins. Mix the bisto powder with little water and add to the samp.Leave it on low heat to thicken for 10mins. Serve with worcestershire sauce or on it's own.
