Fish fajitas

Fish fajitas

A crispy juicy fish recipe to give the main filling for fajitas or tacos.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Serves 2-4 serv
1.5 tbsp

plain flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the fish into 3cm pieces and put into a bowl.

* Step 2

Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Leave to marinade whilst you make your other taco/fajita fillings. You can mix and match, but I made refried beans, fresh salsa, guacamole and cheese.

* Step 3

Heat some oil in a frying pan, then fry the fish - making sure to separate the pieces in the pan. Turn over when the bottom is nicely crispy, and fry the other side until crispy.

* Step 4

Layer into wraps with your other ingredients and serve.
