Mushroom and Manchego Cheese Okyonomiyaki
Nice lunch meal with a beer! Inspired by my time in Kyoto!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Thinly slice the Spring Onion, Fresh ginger and pointed cabbage
* Step 2
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together
* Step 3
Heat a pan and add the mixture to the pan. Ensure it is no higher than 1 cm and about 20 cm wide.
* Step 4
Fry in a pan until brown and the flip over
* Step 5
Add your toppings and serve!
