Chili con carne
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice the onion, garlic, bell pepper and chili peppers.
* Step 2
Heat some oil in a big pot. Pour in the onion, garlic, bell pepper and chili peppers. Fry until the onions soften up.
* Step 3
Grate the carrot and pour it into the pot. Also, pour in the cumin and paprika. Fry for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Put in the minced beef and fry while stirring it, until it switches from red to brownish. Add salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Pour in the tomatoes and drained kidney beans. Cook for 1h.
* Step 6
Serve in a bowl, with fresh grated cheese on top.
