Churros
Churros may just be one of my favourite desserts! Even my dog agrees😀

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. In the meantime, heat the frying oil in a deep pot or skillet.
* Step 2
Then, combine the flour and reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring constantly until the dough forms and is smooth
* Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes. In the meantime, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon powder in a shallow dish/plate.
* Step 4
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until it smoothens.
* Step 5
Transfer the dough in a piping bag with a rounded star tip and pipe it into the hot oil, cutting it every ~15cm with a pair of scissors.
* Step 6
Deep fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain the oil on a paper towel and immediately coat it with the sugar/cinnamon mixture mentioned in step 3.
* Step 7
Serve warm, with optional chocolate ganache or caramel sauce.
