Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice breast and marinate it with soy,flour and pepper.Mix well and set aside for 15 mins.

* Step 2

Heat pan and add oil.Sautee ginger,garlu and shallots.Wait until fragrant then put in the breast.

* Step 3

Cook until golden brown.Then add the long beans.Oyster sauce and a little water.

* Step 4

Cover and cook until beans are partially soft.
