#Healthy lunch#Post 2 Kala chana has lot of protein and nutritious Soup of kala chana is very healthy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the chana overnight and boil them in the morning

* Step 2

Heat oil and put cumin seeds

* Step 3

Now add chopped onions and add ginger garlic paste and brown them

* Step 4

Add fresh tomato pury and cook the masala well

* Step 5

Add salt and all masalas

* Step 6

Put chana with water and cook till 4 whistle

* Step 7

Open and add coriander leaves

* Step 8

Serve with steam rice
