Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast eggplant,then peel it.Set aside
* Step 2
Break egg,add salt,crab meat,celery.Mix all together.
* Step 3
Place egg in a tray then lay flat the eggplant.Make sure each side coated with egg mixture.
* Step 4
Heat pan then add oil.Slowly pan fry the eggplant with egg.Flip the other side.
* Step 5
Serve
