Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put fenugreak leaves in a mixer jar

* Step 2

Add milk and green chillies

* Step 3

Blend it well

* Step 4

Put wheat flour in a parat and add salt and carrom seeds

* Step 5

Pour fenugreak puree in it and make the smooth dough

* Step 6

Rest it 10 minutes

* Step 7

Heat tawa and make paranthas

* Step 8

Serve with homemade butter and curd
