sooji

1 cup

curd

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

oil

1 sachet

eno

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix curd and sooji together

* Step 2

Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan

* Step 4

Put mustard seeds

* Step 5

When crackle pour in the mixture

* Step 6

Mix well

* Step 7

Add eno and put in the grease appam pan

* Step 8

Cook both sides

* Step 9

Serve with chutney or sambher
