cauliflower

besan

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

carrom seeds

1/4 tsp

red chilli

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the better of besan adding salt.red chilli and carrom seeds

* Step 2

Cut the florets of cauliflower and blanch them.

* Step 3

Strain and dry them.

* Step 4

Heat the oil

* Step 5

Dip the florets and fry them.

* Step 6

When halfdone remove them

* Step 7

Press them and refry them

* Step 8

Serve with chutney.
