Beetroot yoghurt

Ingredient

1/2 cup

thick yogurt

1/8 tsp

chaat masala

1/8 tsp

cumin powder

1/8 tsp

salt

as required

Mint for garnish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take thick yogurt, add finely chopped beetroot.

* Step 2

Then add chaat masala, cumin powder and salt, mix well and pour it into serving cups. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

* Step 3

Serve chilled with biryani or pulao.
