Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the patty, in a mixing bowl take boiled potatoes & boiled green peas & lightly mash them together, then add ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, chat masala,amchur powder & 1tbsp bread crumbs & make patties out of them, shape the patties & coat them in bread crumbs & deep fry on high flame till golden brown.
* Step 2
Cut the burger buns into half, apply butter on both sides & lightly toast them on tava.
* Step 3
For coleslaw, mix mayonnaise, grated carrots, grated cabbage, vinegar, salt together & set aside.
* Step 4
Apply ketchup on both sides of burger buns, then on the bottom side apply a layer of coleslaw, place lettuce leaves over it, place the fried burger patty, place the cheese slice over the patty, place onion rings & tomato slices & cover the bun, insert a toothpick so as to keep everything together,serve with chips.
