garlic

2 slices

ginger strips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat wok adid oil then fry the slice pressed tofu. Then put aside on the wok.

* Step 2

Add in garlic and ginger then stir fry until aromatic. Add just a little water to soften tofu. Simmer a minute.

* Step 3

Drop lettuce and mushroom mix thin pour oyster sauce. Mix again. Cook until lettuce are half done.
