Three Color Rice Bowl
Three Color Rice Bowl was my favorite meal when I was a child. It's look colorful and gorgeous yet easy to cook! Kids loves this! It's good for Bento, too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Stir-fry ground chicken in a skillet. Add ginger, soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
* Step 2
Beat the eggs and add salt, sugar, milk then mix. Make scrambled eggs.
* Step 3
Boiled rape blossoms with a pinch of salt. Drain and squeeze. Cut into about 2 inch pieces. Dress with soy sauce.
* Step 4
Place cooked rice in the bowl or plate or bento box.
* Step 5
Divide the ground chicken and egg and rape blossom over top. Decorate with cut nori (seaweed) and Gari (pickled ginger) if you like. Now, it actually turns into a 5 color rice bowl!
