milk

1 tablespoon

powder sugar

1 teaspoon

pumpkin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly soaked dates for 10 minutes then de-seed it.

Now put milk in blender alongwith dates, sugar, cardamom powder and blend it.

Now shake pour it into glass and garnishing with pumpkin seeds.
