coriander powder

red chilli powder

Kasuri Meethi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crushed the puri in very small pieces.

* Step 2

Then add cornflour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, Kasuri Meethi and mix it properly.

* Step 3

Then through hand give stick shape and make all sticks.

* Step 4

Then in non stick pan put oil heat it then swallow fry all Puri sticks.

Served with any sauce or chutney and garnish with seasme seeds.
