Poke aubergines with fork.Then cover with foil and cook on top of flame
* Step 2
After cook remove foil and peel off skin of aubergines
* Step 3
Place in a plate.
* Step 4
Beat egg then pour in the aubergines.Mix it
* Step 5
Heat skillet add oil then fry the mixture.
