Chocolate Sooji Halwa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot add ghee and sooji.
* Step 2
Keep stirring the soji till it roasted evenly.
* Step 4
Stir and then add 1 cup of water and be quick enough to stir.
* Step 5
The soji will being to absorb the water and swell.
* Step 6
Add sugar and vanilla essence.
* Step 8
Keep on strring till the whole mixture starts to leave the edges of pot.
* Step 9
Garnih with pistachios and coconut.
* Step 10
Yummy halwa is ready to serve.
