Ktakat masalay k tamam ingredients ko halka sa bhoon lein or pess lein.

Oil garam krien,onion add kr k fry krien.

* Step 5

Kidneys or hearts add kr cook krien.

Ginger garlic paste add kr k 2 minutes bhoonein.

* Step 7

Phr red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder add krien.

* Step 8

Tomatoes add it k 10 minutes cook krien.

* Step 9

Phr boiled brain or ktakat masala shamil krien. 5 minutes cook krien or Achi tarah bhoonein.

* Step 10

Last mea lemon juice or ginger shamil krien or mix krien.

* Step 11

Serving bowl mea nikal lein.

* Step 12
