This is energy drink. Very yummy and very healthy.

Ingredient

cubes

Some ice

3 tbsp

Almonds

3 tbsp

Pistachio

3 tbsp

Walnuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind the nuts in the blender.

* Step 2

Add the dates and blend well.

* Step 3

Add the milk, cinnamon and blend until smooth.

* Step 4

Add chikoo, bnana and ice and blend well.

* Step 5

Pour into glasses and serve.
