Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil add cumin, bayleaf,onion,garlic and fry.
* Step 2
Add chicken stock,salt and rice and cook.
* Step 4
Heat the oil add the onion,cook until soft.
* Step 5
Add the garlic, tomato paste and all ingridients.cover and simmer for 20 mins.
* Step 6
Add the rice,lentils and macaroni to a large bowl and toss to combine.
* Step 7
Serve topped with tomato sauce, chickpeas and fried onion.
