Spagjang

This time i tried to create a dish called “spagjang” which spaghetti with Korean jajang sauce. Jajang means black bean. It will be very easy recipe that you can try at home. Make a bit twist on the spaghetti w/ sausage.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chopped 2cm length of you sausages. Then stick 5-6 pcs spaghetti on it

* Step 2

Heat the oil up, add the onion mix veggies. Then add black bean paste, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mirin, sugar and pepper. You can add a bit of water so its texture not really thick.

* Step 3

On different sauce pan, boiled the pasta. Put a bit of oil and salt. Cook aldente. Then set aside.

* Step 4

Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Stir up. Then serve. You can serve with yellow radish pickle or kimchi as companion.
