Three colour charga matar pulao
Good for party . Three colour white for rice green of peas and golden brown for chicken.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash rice well rinse then boil by adding 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp cumin seeds. Again rinse when half boil then place a side.
* Step 2
Now first sautee onions,green peppers, cloves,cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste in 2 tbsp oil. then add peas and Cook well. Now add boiled rice in it and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until done. Meanwhile prepare charga.
* Step 3
